She translates those analytical skills with ease to other areas of business, focusing on streamlining processes, managing risk, and determining company technology needs to ensure overall efficiency. Emily leads the Production, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, and Facilities teams at Exhibit Concepts to provide an integrated infrastructure supporting all business operations.

As CFO and Treasurer, Emily ensures that ECI’s internal controls and processes result in the highest level of customer service for our clients.

As the second-generation owner of Exhibit Concepts, founded by her father in 1978, she carries on the tradition of a strong personal investment in client success.

As Owner and CEO, Kelli shapes every decision ECI makes by seamlessly leading our leaders. She believes in the power of leadership by giving responsibility and authority, making her the ultimate macro manager. Kelli’s goal is to ensure every experience of partnering with ECI is a complete, innovative solution that exceeds expectations.

As President and COO, Ellen leads the Sales, Strategy, Account Management, Marketing, Creative, and NEXT Lab teams, develops and oversees the company’s marketing activities, corporate strategy, and development of new and emerging products and services. She is focused on ensuring that ECI is aligned with our clients and able to exceed expectations. Ellen is a skilled business leader with a passion for developing talent and building high performing teams.

Jerry combines an eye for detail and a passion for understanding how things work to lead our special environments group. His specialty for making connections drives a unique perspective on telling stories through compelling experiences.

As VP of Project Management, Jerry oversees all aspects of estimating, detailing, project management and production. During his 25+ year tenure with ECI, he has utilized his engineering background to successfully manage projects and develop employees along the way. Jerry has had the privilege of working on high profile projects like the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum and the National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum. Jerry was also involved in the development of Intellizeum first Children’s Museum for the Head Start Program in El Paso, TX.
