Exhibit Concepts Showcased on ‘USA Today 10Best List’

Exhibit Concepts has once again stepped into the national spotlight, with three of its partners receiving prestigious recognition in USA Today’s ‘10Best Readers’ Choice Awards‘ for the best history museums in the United States. The honor, determined by popular vote and editor recommendations, showcases the outstanding achievements of the nation’s institutions.

Among the honorees, the National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredericksburg, Texas, placed eighth, the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California, placed sixth, and the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum in Jackson, Mississippi, placed fourth.

Exhibit Concepts has been a steadfast partner of the National Museum of the Pacific War for over a decade. Our collaboration began with the renovation of the George H.W. Bush Gallery, marking the initiation of a trusted partnership that has endured through the years. Since then, Exhibit Concepts has played a crucial role in developing several exhibits for the museum, including the flagship ‘Admiral Nimitz Gallery,’ dating back to 2009.

For more than a decade, the Computer History Museum has enjoyed a longstanding partnership with Exhibit Concepts. In that time, the organization has entrusted Exhibit Concepts with multiple projects. The first of which, in 2011, was their flagship collection “Revolution: The First 2000 Years of Computing.” Since then, the partnership has strengthened with additional gallery work including “Make Software: Change the World” and “The Adobe Experience.”

4. Mississippi Civil Rights Museum

Topping the list for Exhibit Concepts, the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum narrates the powerful stories of the Mississippi movement that significantly impacted the world. Through compelling graphics, impactful narratives, and thought-provoking artifacts, the museum fosters a deeper understanding of the Mississippi Civil Rights Movement and its profound impact by showcasing the strength and sacrifices of its people. Completed in 2017, the project still serves as a crowning achievement for the Exhibit Concepts team and as a testament to our commitment to partnership.

The top three spots in the ’10Best Readers’ Choice Awards’ were claimed by the Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, followed by the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center and Cincinnati History Museum, both located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
