DAYTON, OH, September 8, 2021 – Kelli Glasser, Owner and CEO of Exhibit Concepts, Inc. (ECI), announces the promotions of Ellen Kaminski to President and Chief Operating Officer, and Emily Gaster to Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, preparing the company to pursue diversified offerings while Glasser steps back from day-to-day operations.
“Exhibit Concepts is at a pivotal point in our history. We’ve been working on this transition since early 2020 and I’ve asked Ellen and Emily to co-lead ECI as we continue to evolve our offerings, pursuing more museum design work, engagement and digital content projects, and expanding our work in early childhood education,” said Glasser. “Their respective skills and experiences complement each other and will be instrumental in achieving our vision and growth plans.”
For the past five years, Kaminski has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and recently added responsibility for the Creative team and NEXT Lab, ECI’s innovation hub for virtual events, digital media, and custom interactives. Prior to ECI, Kaminski held executive positions in publishing, software and information services companies.
Gaster has been with Exhibit Concepts for 14 years, most recently as Vice President of Finance and Human Resources, and previously held senior level finance and accounting positions at manufacturing and chemical distribution companies.
“I will retain ownership of Exhibit Concepts and will provide financial oversight and analysis, and I will continue as CEO of Exhibit Concepts. The change is that I am turning over the reins to these talented executives,” stated Glasser. “My plan is to stay involved in advocacy, in both the events industry and small-business associations.” she concluded.
While co-leading the organization, Gaster and Kaminski will each have areas of focus. “With my background in Accounting and Finance, I’ll be focused on the operational side of the business and process and productivity improvements,” said Gaster. Commented Kaminski, “And I will be focused on client relations, growth, and diversifying our business offerings. Together, we are humbled and honored to co-lead this incredible company as we embark on a new era for Exhibit Concepts.”
