Exhibit Concepts is proud to announce that it has been recognized with two top honors in the 13th Annual Portable/Modular Awards, presented by EXHIBITOR Magazine. Winners were revealed during EXHIBITORLIVE 2026 in Tampa, Florida. The annual awards celebrate the very best in modular, portable, and system-based exhibit design across the trade show industry.
Judged by a panel of designers and event marketing experts, the awards recognize programs that deliver flexibility, sustainability, and high-impact experiences without compromising the attendee experience.
Among this year’s winners, Exhibit Concepts earned recognition in two highly competitive categories:
Rental Exhibit More Than 800 s.f.
Element Logic AS
Design/Fabrication: Exhibit Concepts Inc. and Graphic Dimensions

For Element Logic’s U.S. debut at ProMat, the challenge was to stand out on the trade show floor without physical machinery.
The solution was a 30-by-50-foot rental exhibit that turned complexity into clarity with a meaningful and creative experience. Working in collaboration Graphic Dimensions, 900lbs, and ProPlayerPlus, the team created an immersive experience fit for the task.
At the center of the space, a custom-built LEGO city invited attendees to explore key solutions in a hands-on way. The dynamic, storytelling approach was complimented by augmented reality that allowed attendees to connect real-world applications with the miniature environments.
Overhead, an eye-catching arch, inspired by the Northern Lights, created a striking visual subtly nodding to Element Logic’s Norwegian roots.
Throughout the rest of the space, additional branded elements and concealed storage opportunities provided an environment that felt both innovative and approachable for both the attendees and Element Logic staff.
The result was an exhibit that didn’t just explain warehousing technology, but provided a tangible, unforgettable experience.
In-Line Exhibit More Than 200 s.f.
Exhibit Concepts Inc.
Event: EXHIBITORLIVE 2025

Exhibit Concepts was also honored for its own exhibit, at EXHIBITORLIVE 2025, demonstrating how a larger, in-line footprint can still feel approachable, immersive, and efficient.
Designed as a walk-through timeline, the 10-by-40-foot space transformed a linear footprint into a decade-by-decade journey through Exhibit Concepts’ history. Four distinct pods guided attendees through time, each featuring its own platform, video wall, and directional sound dome. Subtle visual cues and evolving brand elements reinforced the sense of progression, creating a truly cohesive narrative from start to finish.
The booth showcased AI-generated music videos using real photography blended with period-specific visuals and sounds to create an authentic, nostalgic experience. The result was a fully immersive environment that proved even a modest footprint can deliver something unforgettable when every detail is intentional.
This year’s awards underscored a continued shift within the industry. As noted by EXHIBITOR Magazine, portable and modular exhibits are gaining traction for their ability to deliver cost-effective, sustainable solutions without sacrificing creativity or presence. This year’s winners reflect just how far those capabilities have come.
For Exhibit Concepts, the recognition is a reflection of strong partnerships, thoughtful design, and a commitment to creating experiences that connect. From large-scale rental environments to impactful in-line exhibits, the focus remains on bringing ideas to life in ways that are both meaningful and memorable.
