When did your career at Exhibit Concepts begin?
July 2022
Explain your role.
My role as an Account Manager is to ensure that our client gets the very best experience possible working with Exhibit Concepts. I work in tandem with the Account Executive to ensure that all of the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted and our client is getting the very best service possible.
Describe your most impactful client moment.
My most impactful client moment was with Locus Robotics. They had an amazing booth at ProMat this year and it really did pretty much bring me to tears because working together with all of us as a team to bring that to life was amazing and to see it all come to fruition was really fun. I’m actually getting goose bumps right now just talking about it.
What do you like most about Exhibit Concepts?
I love that I’m given an opportunity to learn something new everyday. That is so important to me and it’s been a great experience. Secondly, I love the people. There is not one person that I work with that I dread having interactions with. It’s a fun place to work and I feel very much appreciated and I want to work here the rest of my life.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is client satisfaction. Knowing that I’m doing the best job that I can, not only for the client, but to meet the company’s expectations, is important to me.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE...
Favorite food?
I am Polish and I love Polish food. Any chance I get to have Polish food, I take advantage. Unfortunately, there’s not many Polish restaurants around so if I don’t make it myself, I don’t get the opportunity. Whenever I’m back home in Detroit, I’m hitting up a Polish joint for sure.
Favorite band or musician?
I love all kinds of music, but right now I’ve been really grooving on Kenny Chesney. He’s such a great entertainer and his fan base is so great. The enthusiasm is contagious.
Favorite movie?
My favorite movie is Animal House. National Lampoon’s Animal House. Any time I can catch it, I am watching it. I don’t know what it is about that, I don’t know if it just reminds me of my college days or what, but I love that movie.
Favorite book or author?
I’m a huge fan of historical fiction. One of the best authors for historical fiction is a gentleman named Edward Rutherford. He does these amazing books where he takes regions, whether it’s a country or city, and he starts basically from the inception of how the country came to be founded and he takes it from that time all the way through current day. Some of the stories are intertwined generation by generation, some are not, but it’s fascinating and I highly recommend anytime anybody gets a chance to read some Edward Rutherford, do it!
What is a superpower you wish you had?
I kind of wish I could read minds, so that I could provide the best customer service. Or working with my coworkers, if there’s something that they need, let me know and I will take care of it and I would do it. I would love to be able to read their minds so they don’t ever have to ask me and I’m just automatically doing it.
What is your ideal place to live?
Anywhere warm with a beach.
What charitable cause is important to you?
I lost a loved one a few years ago and Hospice of Dayton, they were awesome to myself, my family, and of course my loved one. Any chance I ever have to make a donation or request a donation be made, it’s always to Hospice of Dayton.
