The Ford House
Museums
As the former home of Edsel and Eleanor Ford, The Ford House, in Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan, sits on an 87-acre estate on the shores of Lake St. Clair. In 2021, the foundation opened a new, 40,000-square-foot visitor center and 17,000-square-foot administration building. Included in the new facility were a restaurant, event space, and exhibition galleries.
Since then, Exhibit Concepts is honored to have partnered with The Ford House on several projects aimed at carrying on the legacy of the Ford family.

"Wish You Were Here"
Opened in June 2025, Exhibit Concepts partnered with the team at The Ford House to install its newest temporary exhibit that highlighted the Ford family’s travels. Starting with interpretive workshops, the team was able to design and fabricate a space rich with engaging storytelling and historical detail. In addition to classic exhibitry, the space also offers several digital engagements aimed at drawing in visitors through interaction.
