Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum
Museums
Few sports venues are as iconic as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. When their historic museum closed in 2023 to undergo massive renovations, Exhibit Concepts was among those chosen to help with the 100,000 ft² renovation project.
Tasked with planning, designing, fabricating, and installing a rotating gallery dedicated to the four-time winners of the famed INDYCAR race, Exhibit Concepts drew on its years of experience to craft a custom storytelling experience. Partnering with Interpretive Planner Mary Seelhorst, the engaging experience profiles legendary drivers A.J. Foyt, Al Unser Sr., Rick Mears, and Helio Castroneves. The 5,000 ft² space features an array of vibrant fabric graphics, curated digital engagements, immersive photo opportunities, and a variety of artifacts, including four race-winning cars.
