EXHIBITORLIVE 2025 has officially wrapped, and what an incredible experience it was! This year, Exhibit Concepts took attendees on a nostalgic and immersive journey through time, celebrating the evolution of trade shows and our own rich history.
A Walk Through the Decades
Our booth was designed to be more than just a showcase—it was an experience. We transported visitors back to the 1970s, the decade when Exhibit Concepts was founded by Ned Brown, and guided them through the evolution of the trade show industry. Each era was brought to life through interactive displays, historical trends, and insights into how the industry has transformed over the years.
From the bold graphics and handcrafted booths of the 1970s to today’s technology-driven experiences, we highlighted the key moments that have shaped trade shows and Exhibit Concepts itself. Our goal was to demonstrate not only where we’ve been but also where the industry is headed.
An Immersive Experience Like No Other
Interactivity was at the heart of our exhibit. Each time period was represented by a dedicated “pod,” complete with visuals, trends, and innovations from that era. But what truly set this experience apart was the music—each pod featured a curated soundtrack that reflected the decade on display. Whether it was the disco beats of the ‘70s, the synth-driven sounds of the ‘80s, or the modern-day anthems of today, attendees were fully immersed in the sights and sounds of the times.
San Antonio Sets the Stage
This year, EXHIBITORLIVE took place in the vibrant city of San Antonio, Texas, providing the perfect backdrop for networking, learning, and innovation. As always, the event brought together industry leaders, creative minds, and exhibit professionals to share ideas and push boundaries. We were thrilled to be part of this incredible gathering and to showcase how Exhibit Concepts continues to lead the way in experiential marketing and trade show design.
