Exhibit Concepts, Inc. (ECI) announces a new department which expands upon existing offerings aimed at integrating high-caliber experiences into experiential environments. Called NEXT Lab™, this department will be the hub for experiential technology and media at the company.
“I am thrilled to announce our newest offering” said Kelli Glasser, President and CEO of ECI. “Our company has been working in design, production, and experiential environments for more than 40 years. NEXT Lab™ is a natural next step for us, adding deeper resources for technology and media to tell our clients’ stories beyond the architecture.”
NEXT Lab™ is led by Joey DiFranco, who joined ECI in January, and includes employees with expertise in technology and design. Joey has over 12 years’ experience in film, creative design and experiential marketing and has helped some of the biggest brands on the planet engage with their audiences. He graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Film & Television Production. He has always loved being a storyteller aimed at delivering the truly unique for any organization. As head of ECI’s experiential technology team, NEXT Lab™, Joey brings his unique experience and efforts to all areas of focus at Exhibit Concepts. By developing NEXT Lab™, ECI will be able to quickly ideate and innovate on new concepts all while focusing on crafting unique and reliable experiences.
“Building out this capability at ECI is very exciting,” said DiFranco, Director of NEXT Lab™. “I think we have the best job — we get to work on visual and interactive technology and work with the latest and greatest media and tech all aimed at making what we do for our clients better.”
The Power of Meaningful Technology:
In addition to working on clients’ projects, NEXT Lab™ will include an in-house maker space for the team to develop and test out new ideas as well as show the work to current and prospective clients.
“We get to tinker and think of creative, next level engagements that will make our clients stand out at a trade show, a museum, or within an immersive education center,” said DiFranco. “Like the rest of the team here at ECI, we are focused on service and quality. With the rate at which technology and media are changing and evolving, it’s important to be ahead of the curve and think of solutions that will stay relevant. We believe that impressive technology and media creation shouldn’t be complicated, it should just work.”
