Bringing Warehouse Automation to Life at ProMat 2025
The Client: Locus Robotics, is a global leader in autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for warehouse automation. Their innovative solutions transform productivity and efficiency for fulfillment and logistics operations worldwide.
RESULTS OVERVIEW

The Need
For ProMat 2025, Locus Robotics sought an immersive exhibit environment that would not only showcase their groundbreaking automation technology but also create a platform for hands-on demonstrations, new product reveals, and business development conversations. The goal was to deliver a dynamic space that blended innovation, education, and strategic engagement—all while reinforcing the strength of the Locus Robotics brand.

The Solution
Exhibit Concepts crafted an experience-driven booth for Locus Robotics that combined immersive engagement with strategic functionality.
Dual reception points guided visitors into distinct experience zones, including a central live demonstration area that replicated a real warehouse environment.
This hands-on showcase allowed guests to interact directly with Locus’s robotics systems, highlighting the technology’s efficiency and ease of use.
Adjacent to this, a new product showcase and education theater offered in-depth insights through scheduled presentations and demos, reinforcing Locus’s position as an innovation leader.
To support business development, the booth featured private meeting rooms and a dedicated signing space for partnership discussions, while a back-of-house area—complete with marketing, IT/AV, and green room spaces—ensured seamless operations.
High-impact branding, including a large overhead sign and bold graphics, boosted visibility from across the show floor, helping to drive traffic and strengthen brand awareness throughout the event.
The Takeaway
Locus Robotics’ exhibit successfully combined innovation, interaction, and operational strategy to create a space that delivered on multiple levels—product engagement, brand storytelling, and business development. The booth served as a powerful extension of the Locus brand, immersing attendees in the future of warehouse automation and supporting long-term business growth through meaningful connections and memorable experiences.
