Exhibit Concepts, Inc. (ECI) announces the promotion of Dominic Conti to VP of Production and Masten Worley to VP of Sales and Account Management. Exhibit Concepts’ growing portfolio of permanent interior projects combined with the return of trade show programs made the timing ideal.
Conti has been a part of ECI for over 16 years, where he started in the shop as a fabricator, moved to client-facing positions as an Account Manager, then in 2009 made a transition to Program and Account Director. He has excelled in his most recent role as Production Director since 2016. His experience in project and time management, paired with his passion for fabrication and innovation, makes him ideally suited for the role. Before working for ECI, Dom was a part-owner and foreman for a custom fabrication shop and served our country in the United States Marine Corps.
In his new role, Conti will be responsible for fabrication, graphic production, prep, warehouse operations, installation, field supervision, traffic, and shipping in ECI’s Dayton and Chicago locations. He will also focus on process improvements, mentoring leaders, and recruiting skilled craftsmen to accommodate our increasing number of projects.
Worley, who joined ECI as Director of Sales in 2018, has been responsible for developing strategic sales plans and driving improvements in the sales process to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team. Prior to ECI, Worley was Director of Business Development for Sparkbox and held several Sales, Marketing, and Operational leadership roles at software and technology companies. He holds both a bachelor’s and MBA in Organizational Leadership from Franklin University.
In his new role, Worley will be responsible for new business acquisition, growth, and retention across all lines of business, including trade shows, multi-media engagements, commercial interiors, museums, and education. Worley also has responsibility for the Account Management team, focused on deepening relationships and business with key strategic accounts.

These internal promotions align with the recently announced restructure of Exhibit Concepts’ executive leadership team to accommodate the company’s growth and expansion of diversified experiential offerings. Other recent internal promotions and realignments include Jeff Hannah assuming the role of VP of Strategy and Jamie Vandeberg’s promotion to Creative Director.
